Our aim is to preserve and promote the fighting traditions of Okinawa. We provide instruction in traditional Okinawa Karatedo as well as Ryukyu Kobudo. Classes are operated in a relaxed manner with an emphasis on mutual respect and enjoying the process of learning karatedo and kobudo. Our training environment is non-competitive, with each member working not only to improve him or herself, but to help the other members improve as well.What we teach is not a sport, but a method of self defense and self-improvement that uses the mind, body and spirit together to better ourselves in daily life.
